The aim of this website is to be a support for the teachers in Ireland and to promote the teachings of Kundalini Yoga in their pure form.

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient yoga.

A typical practice usually involves breathwork, a series of movements called a Kriya, the use of mantra, mudras and always finishes with meditation.

It is suitable for every body type and is a somatic practice that has to be experienced to be understood.
